Say Bye Bye to the "Quad"!

After multiple delays, we finally were able to demolish the "quad". By opening up the space it has enhanced the beauty of the finished development at 2408 N. Vel R. Phillips and the potential for in progress renovations at 322 W. Meinecke Ave.
