HomeWorks: Bronzeville and artist Vedale Hill hosted an open house on Saturday, August 10th. The event was to celebrate the completion of our first live/work artist space at 2408 N. Vel R. Phillips Avenue, and was part of the Bronzeville Week 2019 Art Walk. The event included an art exhibition featuring work by Vedale Hill, Della Wells, Brandon Minga and others. We were joined by members of the Bronzeville neighborhood, Milwaukee artists and city officials to celebrate the opening of the city’s ARCH program-supported artist live-work residence.
